The estate is incredible. Great for hosting a big group as it's very spacious and there are so many things to do. The pool area is awesome and the speaker is a great addition, the basketball and pickleball court is great for some fun games, the walking trail gives people a chance to enjoy a nice walk in the morning, the patio is massive and great for allowing a large group to hangout and relax, and lastly the showers in the master suites are fantastic. Thanks for letting us stay at the estate everyone enjoyed the property!

This house has the WOW factor like none other. Our family of 15 never ran out of things to do and had a lot of fun enjoying the pool, pickle ball court, theater room and huge kitchen and dining areas…and don't get me started on the gorgeous patio and view of the lake - breathtaking! We loved our time and only wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy all the Branson has to offer along with this home. The management team was very responsive and helped make this stay very satisfying. Thank you, Faria Resorts.

This home literally has everything! Huge pool that can be enjoyed year round, large gathering places, a movie theater with comfy seats, the kitchen has everything you could ask for, enough bedrooms for everyone to have their own private space. The property is so peaceful with walking paths, a large patio, pickle ball court and individual balconies on most of the bedrooms. And all of this is centered in the middle of Branson with all the town has to offer. Just gorgeous! When the grandkids are asked where they want to go, it's always "the mansion"!!! Beautiful views! An indoor pool that we actually liked! The guys hung out around the fire pit almost every night. Plenty of firewood! Tennis! Hot showers for our large group! Absolutely stunning! This home exceeded every expectation. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the elegant design and the top-of-the-line finishes. Every room felt like something out of a luxury magazine—spacious, immaculate, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the outdoor space was a dream with breathtaking views and a perfect setup for relaxing or entertaining. This property is truly one-of-a-kind—private, peaceful, and worth every penny. The hosts were also exceptional—responsive, thoughtful, and professional. We didn’t want to leave. Highly recommend!

This home is the perfect place for a large family to spend time together. We stayed here over Christmas and the house was beautifully decorated for the holiday. There is something to do for everyone without ever leaving the house. The management was very attentive to any questions. I highly recommend it and hope to stay here again.

I have a big family and need a big place for all of my six kids, their six spouses, and 17 grand kids. This place with the indoor pool and multiple TVs and theater room checks all the boxes. We also like the nice walking trails and the seclusion. Our second time at the Bells Vista Estate. I recommend it heartily.

Over the top residence. Grounds were meticulously maintained. Views of Table Rock Lake were incredible. Management were very responsive and accommodating. Attractions were just minutes away. Family and friends had a great time and had plenty of space and amenities to enjoy. Especially liked the indoor pool and movie theater. Spacious kitchen allowed us to prepare family meals with ease. Sunsets over Table Rock Lake were spectacular each evening. Everybody enjoyed the deer and other wildlife on the property. Everyone hoping to return in the near future. One of the best large properties on VRBO.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed. The pictures doesn’t do it justice. We only had a few minor maintenance issues, but the Maintenance guys very quick response. Everyone was very polite. It was worth every penny spent. I love the house has two refrigerators, and the house has a lot of space.

The Bella Vista Estate was the perfect location for celebrating our parent's 65th wedding anniversary. Family members traveled from California, Arizonia, Missouri, Illinois, and even Berlin, Germany, to share in this fun weekend. The house was grand, and offered all the space that our large group needed for meal preparation and dining. We appreciated the multiple refrigerators for storing food and drinks. The sleeping spaces were beautiful and very comfortable. The wide variety of activities available at the estate kept us entertained all weekend. We never had to leave the property - which is what we wanted ..... uninterrupted time to visit and enjoy each other's company. We couldn't have made a better choice - a great time was had by all!

Our family of 10 enjoyed the Bella Vista Estate in Branson, Missouri, for our Christmas celebration in early January. The home was beautifully decorated for the season throughout. Everything was clean, tidy, and updated since the home's building in 2000. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and had nice linens. Although we were only 9 adults and 1 baby (and the house sleeps 32), it provided great spaces for sitting together and visiting. The multiple gas fireplaces also added a homey and warm touch during our cold visit. For those interested, the basement area sleeps 20 and has a communal room with a pool table, shuffleboard, basketball shot game, sitting area, and a large tv. The perfect area to keep kids contained and entertained. It also has a walk-out to the spacious backyard.

Our family of 17 had a wonderful time staying at this property. There is so much architectural character, and the infrastructure will amaze you that encompasses the entire property. You don't need to leave this property unless you want to, it has everything to entertain all ages. The pool room is a hit with everyone as is the theater room and the basketball court. Deer will entertain the nature lovers along with the park like back yard with the wood burning fire pit. Walking outside on the property was a huge hit with everyone. If you come across a small issue, the maintenance company is very friendly and will help you immediately. We hired the Rogue Chef for our stay and enjoyed eating outside at the lazy susan table watching the sun set. We made a lot of lasting memories here with our family. Thank you to Faria Resorts from everyone in our family, we had another Blessed Christmas in Branson 2023.

Each year we bring our kids and grandkids in from all over the country to vacation together. This year we chose the Bella Vista and we were NOT disappointed! This home has, literally, EVERYTHING and then some! There is so much that Branson offers but what we enjoyed the most was the ability to gather and just "hang out" together. Our group was 18 large but this home allowed us to visit and enjoy each other's company while still having our own individual spaces. The adults could sit around the pool and visit while the children swam and played in the pool. We could all gather (albeit the littles had to sit on laps or bring pillows to lay on the floor) in the theatre and watch movies. We gathered around the large dining room table to play games or put together puzzles. The large refrigerator and pantry allowed us to cook several meals together and store snacks. The dining areas allowed us to eat together and the indoor and outdoor living areas allowed us to visit in comfort. Everyone agreed that this was the best vacation home we've ever stayed in and everyone wants to come back so we'll definitely try to work it out again. Thank you SO much for the wonderful time!

What started as a pandemic suitable vacation has now become a much loved family tradition. We have spent a week in this amazing home each of the past three years and have already reserved it for next year. There is no way to measure the amount of bonding that happens while we gather in the hot tub, the pool, around the ping pong table, on the tennis court, around a bonfire, or feasting on the meals we've prepared in the incredible kitchen. Ten adults and twelve children are able to spend seven days together without a moment of boredom. It's almost magical and it does this momma's heart good to see my grown children and families have so much fun together!

Had everything we needed for our very large family with 6 grandkids ages 8 months to 14. It was wonderful to let everyone have their space/area as well as come together in the pool and movie theatre and game room. I cooked all of our meals and had everything I needed. I would recommend you bring paper plates and plastic cutlery as there is one dishwasher and you don't want to spend your time doing dishes if you are a large group. Last day of long weekend 4-year-old grandson woke up and was crying because he wanted us to all stay together and not leave.

We had MORE than enough space for our large group , the home was verrry clean an absolutely beautiful!! This house was gorgeous! The house and grounds were in great shape. Rooms were beautiful, better than even the pictures! It was well supplied, with plenty of pots,pans, spices, utensils, dish detergent, laundry pods, iron, and even a clothes steamer! It is conveniently located on the edge of Branson. We had a great time and would definately rent here again.

House was amazing. My only suggestions are we were unable to get temp in house regulated. It was cooler than we would have liked and we would have liked to have the lights on the tennis court working. We had plenty of room and our granddaughter left her I pa d there, she called and it was found and being returned to her, very thankful. Would recommend the house to anyone.

We had 5 families - 20 people total staying at the house. There were 11 children ranging in age from 3 to 20. There was lots for them to do; walking trail, tennis, indoor pool, fishing, games, and a movie room The house is very well kept & the kitchen is well stocked for cooking or grilling. The view of the lake was amazing and the outside seating area was very comfortable. It is close to Branson so we were only minutes away from boating, miniature golf, shows, movies & shopping. After checking out my Mother realized that a card with money was left on a closet shelf. She called the property manager & he said the cleaning crew had found it and he mailed it to her immediately. They were very honest & helpful. We would definitely stay there again!

First, let me start off saying that it never felt like we had 24 people in this house!! We had 12 adults and 12 kids, ages ranging from 2-13 years old. Upon arrival you will find a beautiful property and a terrific view of the lake. I suggest drinking your morning coffee outside. It’s worth watching the multitude of deer, groundhogs and foxes in the morning. If you like to workout on vacation, the backyard trail is perfect for a warm up and that patio is large enough to do a cross training session. The property was safe for our kids to run around all day and not need an adult over them at all times. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with everything you need. There is enough dinning space for all to eat at one time. The game room and movie room are the perfect areas for some downtime during your stay along with a great size pool. The bedrooms provided enough room to unpack and feel like home while you stayed. The main living room was extremely comfortable for adults to catch up at night and get a bit loud without waking any kids. There were a few maintenance concerns during our stay but nothing worth noting here. The management company has been provided adequate feedback and I trust those concerns will be addressed. Faria Resorts was great to work with and we look forward to booking another accommodation in the future. You won’t be disappointed booking your large party here!!

We had 18 adults and four littles (one baby) and we were all blown away by the property. We've stayed in much smaller places in the past with less bathrooms, etc. This one was the best by far. Everyone had a bathroom and the beds were comfortable and everything we needed was provided. The pool, hot tub, movie room (huge movie selection too!), game room, plenty of seating for whole family at meals, amazing back patio, living room, formal dining, etc. The list goes on. We loved it all. With three floors I actually lost weight on this vacation because I was running up and down them to play with kids in the game room (pool table, basketball, etc.) and up to the swimming pool. Everything was well maintained and over and over I was impressed with small details like very nice skewers at the fire pit for making smores to every appliance and cooking utensil needed in the kitchen (2 high chairs and a Pack-N-Play!). Just amazing and my family members kept telling me what great find this was. We all had a wonderful time. It was peak season so a little pricey but I'd love to come back to it again in the future when it's less expensive. Still worth it though. Thank for bringing us all together.

Very spacious common areas, lots of sleeping spaces, lovely setting, tennis court and walking paths, great patio with lake view, my family enjoyed our time there. The rooms look like the pictures on the web site, so you do get a feel of the house before you see it.

Our group of 18 absolutely loved everything about Bella Vista. We came together to watch our two children get married at a nearby chapel and used the estate as our magnificent home base for 7 nights. We used a local company, Jamie's Creative Catering, to prepare and serve our delicious wedding dinner in the magnificent dinning hall of Bella Vista. We felt like celebrities all week staying at this beautiful home enjoying the many fireplaces, balconies, french doors, soaring ceilings, soaker tubs, theater room, indoor swimming area, beautiful kitchen, walking trails with a great firepit, the lovely patio and the fabulous view. When we had a question, the host promptly replied back to us. I have recommended Bella Vista to others now and there's a good chance a few more bookings are coming their way because of it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. You delivered more than you advertised. The pool and hot tub were marvelous. We enjoyed an evening campfire where dad and mom shared their salvation experiences. We had a family meeting in the spacious living room where dad talked about the Ukraine situation, our family history of patriotism, and the calming of the children's fears. We enjoyed the tennis court for tennis and for 5 young scooter riders. We are very glad we came.

My family absolutely enjoyed our 3 day weekend. My family started planning our next trip at the same property for June 2022, For our Anniversary. But of course the property is not available. The pictures does it no Justice. All TVs were up to date with several streaming services including Apple TV. The kitchen items were crock pots and 2 coffee makers. A fire pit full of fire wood for convenience. Please bring the following-towels-face, bath and swim. Your own throw blankets. I’m sure this is a common issue. I did bring a few of these but we needed more. We had know choice but to do laundry 2 a day. The simple fix for us is to add these items to our packing list. We’re going back for sure!

We have stayed here twice and already have our 2023 week booked. The house is every bit as amazing as it looks in the pictures! It is the perfect home for the 2 of us, our 4 grown children w/spouses, and our 12 grandchildren to play, reconnect, relax, and then play some more! Twenty two of us spend an entire week under the same roof without driving each other crazy, now that's a vacation home!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Bella Vista Estate. It has been over two years since our family has been able to gather under one roof. The Bella Vista Estate provided the perfect environment for the entire family (age ranges 95 to 1.5) The property was decorated for Christmas a very pleasant surprise. All areas were very clean and warm and inviting. The weather was perfect during our stay. We utilized the entire property, we cooked together, we ate together, enjoyed each other and everyone really enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and sauna. Thank you Bella Vista for a wonderful time. We hope to return.

The Bella Vista Estate was beyond our expectations. Walking through the front door with the water wall on the left, flowing river on the right and view of the lake through the living room we felt as if we were walking into our own resort. The rear patio is an extension of the open kitchen/living room which we spent sunrise and sunset admiring the beautiful views. Our group, "The Kansas Table Rock Crew" would like to thank you for a wonderful experience in the Belle Vista!

This property was a very nice fit for our family, which includes young children, as-well-as for our other adult guests. The property was immaculate! We loved the lake views from the back patio. Our children loved the indoor pool and jacuzzi. We watched a movie each night in the comfy theater room. We enjoyed the arboretum pathway for our walks each day and also the tennis court. The Game Room had a nice selection of activities/games. Our bedrooms had plenty of room for each of us and for our guests with many rooms unused. This is a splendid property of which, we will visit again (already booked).

We just spent a week at Bella Vista with our four grown children and their families (22 people in all). Covid forced the cancellation of multiple vacations in 2020; this home provided us with a safe alternative. We were a little concerned that 10 adults and 12 children under the same roof for a week might try everyones patience. The extravagant spaciousness of this home, however, left us with so many options of places to be and things to do that there was never an issue. The pool and hot tub were the biggest draw and they did not disappoint! The theatre room was also a big hit, as was the tennis court, fire pit, and multiple games in the rec room (basement). And when we had played ourselves into complete and utter exhaustion, there were amazing (and I do mean AMAZING) bedrooms to escape to. It only took us a couple days to know we wanted to return ... 2022 reservations are already made!

The Bella Vista was the PERFECT place to have our retreat! Everyone was comfortable and we had so much to do. Swimming, eating, movies, games of basketball and much more. The house is VERY comfortable and absolutely beautiful! We can't wait to return in late summer when we can play tennis and spend more time outdoors!

We had 5 families for a Friendsgiving, it was a great getaway. The kids loved every minute of the stay almost as much as the adults. We were able to enjoy the outdoor activities as well as all the indoor activities. The staff was very responsive to all our needs and it turned out to be a great extended weekend. The pictures are wonderful, but seeing the property in real life was quite a joy to the whole group. Looking forward to many more stays at Bella Vista in the years to come.

The house is gorgeous! Plenty of space to move around; all the rooms are big enough to relax in; very secluded, but very close to Branson and Silver Dollar City It had everything we needed and more. The beds were comfortable, plenty of hot water, the pool and hot tub was great. I will definitely rent this place again. One suggestion. In your description of the home, you should put that there is a fire pit. We were surprised to see one when we arrived. Absolutely the best home rental I've stayed in.

Outstanding property. We had a fabulous family Christmas. The pool was a special treat for the kids. Kitchen was the most well equipped we have ever had.(pots, pans, misc utencils, plates, glasses etc. The maintenance on such a large property with so many extra features was over the top as I deal in properties and understand how difficult it is to maintain 1000 items. We have been coming to Branson for our family Christmas for 17 years and this was our favorite spot so far. We stayed in the Mansion on the lake for 6 years until the owners moved in full time and thought we would never find a place like it, but The Bella Vista Estate did just that and more.... No complaints.

The house is beautiful and was perfect for our ladies retreat. Peaceful location, lots of room, fully equipped, even decorated for Christmas. We didn't want to leave, and hopefully can plan a trip back sometime. The owner/manager was great to work with and quick to answer questions during our stay.

This mansion was a glorious place to celebrate with over 2 dozen family and friends for 3 nights. We had all ages and they loved every moment. Particularly since we cooked and served the meals there, the huge fully equipped kitchen complete with enough seating for all was welcomed. There was so much to do both inside and out. The view of the Table Rock Lake was beautiful. The indoor deluxe pool, whirlpool and sauna were a joy. We watched several dvds in the theatre. Downstairs the game room brought out the kid in all of us. Outside the trails, tennis courts and patio were busy. The large suites and guest bedrooms were lovely. It just was decorated for Christmas this time in November. The owner and maintenance man were very attentive to any needs or questions. The pictures of the villa do not do it justice. For a large group for all ages this is THE place in Branson. And just minutes from Silver Dollar City and the Branson Strip.

We had a girls weekend in the home. All the women loved the home. Furnishings were comfortable and the heated hot tub and the pool were just lovely. The home is clean and fresh and has beautiful colors and views. The home was easy to clean and had all the amenities. The owner even brought us all new crock pots when ours went out. If I had any negative things to say it would be that I would like to see the house stocked with a few more seasoning items and ziplock bags and plastic wrap and aluminum foils as those are things you don’t think to bring sometimes. Other than that, the home was as beautiful as one could hope for. The owner is great! He’s responsible and kind, responds immediately to every thing. We loved it!

From the booking to our 3 entire day adventure, this is an amazing place. We had friends visiting from Thailand and wanted to share a good Branson experience. Wow! No disappointment. Arriving at the home and seeing the beautiful grounds we knew this is a special place. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub, the theater, the large high-ceiling kitchen and great room and the multiple master suites all finished in tasteful materials. We'll be back!

Thank you so much for letting us stay at the Bella Vista Estate. For the last 30 years or so I have brought my wife and children to Branson in the fall. This year we stayed for the first time at the Bella Vista Estate (last year we stayed at the Great Elk Lodge). This place was absolutely fabulous. We enjoyed the spacious bedrooms, kitchen and baths. Also enjoyable were the walking trails below the house. I saw deer and other wildlife nearly every day. My children and grandchildren enjoyed playing tennis and pickle ball on the beautiful tennis court. The indoor pool was glorious. There were 25 of us (including children and several babies) attending off-and-on during a full week. There was plenty of room for everyone and there were plenty of things to do. Great tables for meals and hanging out. My 5 adult daughters and 1 adult son all came to be together and had a wonderful time. I am grateful that we could stay here. There were no problems and no complaints! We'll be back! --Jim Conard
