The main level living area has charming tongue-and-groove wood ceilings and walls with a majestic 28-foot floor-to-ceiling River Rock stone fireplace (electric), complete with a wall of windows to better enjoy the view of beautiful Table Rock Lake!
The two upper-level master suites have king-size beds. Each master suite has a full luxury bath. One master has a small outside balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee. In between the two masters, is a full-size quality washer and dryer in a separate laundry room.
The two guest bedrooms on the main level, a king and a queen, share a Jack and Jill style full bath. There is also a half bath in the hall.
On the lower walkout basement level, there is a full bath in the hall and two more bedrooms. One is a HUGE BUNK ROOM furnished with two full-over-queen bunk beds. You can sleep up to 8 people just in this bedroom alone! The second bedroom has a king size bed and a sliding glass door leading to the screened in patio. Enjoy the views of the lake or the incredible pool in a bug-free environment. The downstairs living area has an awesome Entertainment media room with a 55” flat panel smart TV, a full-size pool table and top-quality sectional queen sleeper.

• 7-night stays must still follow a Friday–Friday schedule
• Shorter stays (less than 7 nights) can start any day
• Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together
(No Saturday check-in or check-out)
OFF-PEAK SEASON (Mid-September – Mid-May)
• 2-night stays allowed on weeknights only (Monday–Thursday)
• January, February, and April: 2-night stays allowed any night
• Any other 2-night stay exceptions must be approved by Faria Resorts before booking
HOLIDAY RESTRICTIONS

We decorate for Christmas with a full-size Christmas tree and decor starting the 2nd weekend of November!
