BOOKING RULES:
PEAK SEASON (Memorial Weekend until the 3rd week of August):
Reservations must be 3, 4, or 7 nights starting or ending on a Saturday.
SEPTEMBER AND THANKSGIVING:
Week-long (7 night) stays must be Friday-Friday. Shorter stays can start any night, but Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together (no Saturday check-in or check-out).
OFF-PEAK 2 NIGHT STAYS:
Two night stays are allowed on weeknights (Mon-Thurs) during Off Peak (mid Sept - mid May). Any exceptions must be approved directly with Faria Resorts before booking. Any two-night stays are allowed in Jan, Feb, and April.
NO 1 NIGHT STAYS
NO CHECK-IN OR CHECK-OUT ON THANKSGIVING DAY, CHRISTMAS EVE OR CHRISTMAS DAY
(Faria Resorts reserves the right to review and possibly modify or relocate to an identical unit for certain dates due to calendar availability or holidays.)

We also have a private resort dock with Luxury Pontoon and Fishing boat rentals, fishing poles, a swim deck and Lily pad. Boat slips (with power for you fishermen to plug in your batteries) are also available for our guests to rent. It’s a gentle slope with a ramp right next to the dock!
Villa L
This unit is best suited for 8 adults and 6 kids. Base rate covers up to 10, max number of guests is 14 (with extra guest fees during peak season - please see rental agreement for more information).
Step out on the deck or screened in patio and watch the kids in the pool from this 5 bedroom/4.5 bath luxury villa L. This villa is fully stocked with virtually everything you will need for your family vacation. It’s also conveniently located within a 2 min walk to the shoreline of the lake and is just up the sidewalk from the pool entrance. This is a 3 level home with a full walk-out basement.

The two upstairs master suites have king size beds. Each master suite has a full luxury bath. One master has a small outside balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee with views of the pool and lake. In between the two masters, is a full-size quality washer and dryer in a separate laundry room.
The two guest bedrooms on the main level have queen size beds and share a full-size Jack & Jill style bathroom. There is also a half bath in the hall.
In the lower-level walkout basement, the family can kick back and watch a movie in the incredible theater room with stadium seating and 8 reclining seats. Pop in a DVD or log into your favorite account on the big screen, ROKU tv. Around the corner, there is a bedroom with a full-over-queen bunk bed. A sliding glass door leads to the screened in patio where you can enjoy the view of the lake or pool in a bug-free environment. The large, oversized bathroom with dual vanity is located in the hall. The downstairs living area also has an additional entertainment media room with a 55” flat panel smart tv, a full-size pool table, and top-quality sectional queen sleeper sofa.
