Boat slips (with power for fishermen to plug in batteries) are available for our guests to rent.
The base rate covers up to 6 guests and 8 is the maximum number of guest allowed with extra guest fees during peak seasaon. It is best suited for 4 adults and 4 kids.
You’ll find a great value in our quaint 3 bedroom, 2 bath cabin. This cozy cabin is older but remodeled with enough space for a small family getaway. Enjoy all the great amenities on the property without breaking the bank.

Everything is on one level in this cute cabin. There are two queen bedrooms, one having a small bath with a shower (no tub). There is a tub/shower in the hall bath. A large bunk room has plenty of space for 3 or 4 kids. The kitchen has everything you will need except a dishwasher, so even though we provide plenty of dishes, you may want to pack some paper plates! Enjoy grilling and a view of the lake on the front deck. The perfect getaway for a smaller family, just minutes away from Branson!

Memorial Day Weekend – 3rd Week of August
• Stays must be 3, 4, or 7 nights
• Stays must start or end on a Saturday(e.g., Sat–Tues or Wed, Tues or Wed - Sat, Sat-Sat)
SEPTEMBER & THANKSGIVING WEEK
• 7-night stays must still follow a Friday–Friday schedule
• Shorter stays (less than 7 nights) can start any day
• Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together
(No Saturday check-in or check-out)
OFF-PEAK SEASON (Mid-September – Mid-May)
• 2-night stays allowed on weeknights only (Monday–Thursday)
• January, February, and April: 2-night stays allowed any night
• Any other 2-night stay exceptions must be approved by Faria Resorts before booking
HOLIDAY RESTRICTIONS
No check-in or check-out on the following holidays:
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Eve
• Christmas Day
We decorate for Christmas with a full-size Christmas tree and decor starting the 2nd weekend of November!
(Faria Resorts reserves the right to review and possibly modify or relocate to an identical unit for certain dates due to calendar availability or holidays.)
*MUST be at least 25 years old to make a reservation.
*Check-In 5pm, Check-out 10am strictly enforced.
*No smoking, vaping, pets or parties permitted at this property. Guests shall not have parties or events at the homes which include but are not limited to bachelor and bachelorette parties, fraternity parties and weddings.
*Exterior security cameras are monitoring outside areas of the property, such as the pool, amenities, parking and entrances. No cameras are located inside any units.
