The main level living area has charming tongue-and-groove wood walls with a floor-to-ceiling River Rock stone fireplace (electric), complete with a wall of windows to better enjoy the view of beautiful Table Rock Lake.
Upstairs are 2 king suites with full luxury baths.  One master has a small outside balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee with a fantastic view of the lake.  Between the two masters, is a full-size washer and dryer in a separate laundry room.  And for the little ones that want to be close to Mom and Dad, there is a futon with a TV in the loft area right outside the Master suites.
One guest bedroom on the main level has a queen bed.  The other has a full over queen bunk bed.  These guestrooms share a Jack and Jill style bathroom.  There is also a half bath in the hall.
Right off the main living area is a large patio where the lake view is amazing!  Make smores right on your patio in the wood burning, stone fireplace.  We’ll even supply the roasting sticks! This will be a first-class adventure for a vacation that will bring you and your family memories to cherish for a lifetime!

These rules are required, even if the booking platform allows you to select dates outside of them. Your reservation will not be accepted unless it follows the guidelines below. Please read carefully before booking.

Memorial Day Weekend – 3rd Week of August
• Stays must be 3, 4, or 7 nights
• Stays must start or end on a Sunday (e.g., Sun-Wed/Thurs, Wed/Thurs-Sun, or Sun-Sun)

SEPTEMBER & THANKSGIVING WEEK
• 7-night stays must follow a Friday–Friday schedule
• Shorter stays (less than 7 nights) can start any day
• Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together
(No Saturday check-in or check-out)

OFF-PEAK SEASON (Mid-September – Mid-May)
• Two night stays are allowed during Off Peak
• Any other 2-night stay exceptions must be approved by Faria Resorts before booking

HOLIDAY RESTRICTIONS
No check-in or check-out on the following holidays:
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Eve
• Christmas Day
(Faria Resorts reserves the right to review and possibly modify or relocate to an identical unit for certain dates due to calendar availability or holidays.)
