Welcome to lakefront living on Lake Taneycomo. This newly renovated 5 bedroom/3 bath home is located right on the lake! The upstairs has one king size bedroom, two queen-size bedrooms, and one king-size master suite with walk-in shower. There is a a newly remodeled full bath in the main level hallway. The downstairs has two queen beds and a full bathroom with an antique claw bathtub (no shower). *There are steps to get into the home from each entrance.
This home is conveniently located only 5 Minutes to the nearest restaurants and major stores and less than 10 minutes from downtown Branson and the Branson Landing! It is also only 15 minutes away from the new Buffalo Ridge championship golf course and world-renowned Top of the Rock championship golf course. This home sits just 15 ft away from the shoreline of Lake Taneycomo. Amenities include FREE Wi-Fi, kayaks, a private hot tub a private dock, a fire pit, a ping pong table, a pinball machine, fishing poles, and a GORGEOUS VIEW of Lake Taneycomo!
The lake is so close to your backyard patio, you can practically fish off it! Taneycomo lake is known for one of the best trout fishing lakes in the region. Flowing through the heart of Branson, Lake Taneycomo is the most diverse fishing lake in the country, sporting world-class rainbow and brown trout as well as bass, crappie, and bluegill angling. But it’s most famous for its trout fishing. The current brown trout Missouri state record was caught on Lake Taneycomo on November 12, 2009. The enormous brown trout weighed 28 pounds, 8 ounces!! It was 37 inches long with a girth of 24.75 inches. So come stay with us and try your luck to hook the next State record trout fly fishing or gentle trolling down the lake. Please note: The lake is not for "swimming". There is a strong current and meant for kayaks, canoes, and boating.
