BOOKING RULES:
PEAK SEASON (Memorial Weekend through Labor Day):
Reservations must be 3, 4, or 7 nights starting or ending on a Friday.
SEPTEMBER AND THANKSGIVING:
Week-long (7 night) stays must still be Friday-Friday. Shorter stays can start any night, but Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together (no Saturday check-in or check-out).
OFF-PEAK 2 NIGHT STAYS:
Two night stays are allowed on weeknights (Mon-Thurs) during Off Peak (mid Sept - mid May). Any exceptions must be approved directly with Faria Resorts before booking. Any two-night stays are allowed in Jan, Feb, and April.
NO 1 NIGHT STAYS
(Faria Resorts reserves the right to review and possibly modify or relocate to an identical unit for certain dates due to calendar availability or holidays.)
For stays in the month of April only, *up to $350 TICKET VALUE * Receive free tickets to Copperhead Mountain Coaster or the Shepherd of the Hills Adventure Park general admission (up to 4 tickets for the Coaster and up to 10 for the Adventure Park - i.e. for 9 guests, you can choose 3 Coasters and 6 Adventure Parks, or any combination, not to exceed 4 Coaster and 10 Adventure Park.) – Park admission includes seasonal events, such as PumpkinFest or North Pole Adventure. Subject to park hours.

We also have a private resort dock with Luxury Pontoon and Fishing boat rentals, fishing poles, a swim deck and Lily pad. Boat slips (with power for you fishermen to plug in your batteries) are also available for our guests to rent. It’s a gentle slope with a ramp right next to the dock!
Overlook Lodge
Base rate covers up to 8 guests, max number of guests is 12 (with extra guest fees - please see rental agreement for more information). This unit is best suited for 6 adults and 6 children.
Renovated in 2020, Overlook Lodge, a 4 Bed/3 Bath Home is situated on the edge of the resort. You’ll enjoy the seclusion of this private oasis with a modern touch. Away from neighbors, but still just a 90 second walk to the lake! Your family will love this quiet home in the Ozark Mountains on Table Rock Lake, but just MINUTES away from a wide array of Branson entertainment.

You’ll enter this 2-level home on the lower level where you will find a fun living area with a pool table, cozy fireplace, and a sleeper sofa. The laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer and a full bath is in the hall right next to a bedroom with 2 queen beds.
Upstairs, the “Main level” is a mix of traditional and modern, making the living room, dining room, and sunroom inviting areas to gather while dinner’s being prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. Grill up some steaks or burgers on the propane grill outside on the deck just off the sunroom. On this level, there is also a beautiful king master suite, 2 queen guest rooms and a full bath in the hall.
