The home is designed especially for you and your family’s seclusion, relaxation, and vacationing needs. As soon as you walk in you will be greeted by a floor to ceiling stone fireplace with a wood stove and a wall of windows. You can gather by the fire pit at night and roast marshmallows, enjoy a barbecue dinner on the large outdoor dining set, or just sit back and relax and listen to nature. The kids will enjoy their favorite shows in the professional movie theatre or a game of pool.  The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs with quality custom cabinets, a serpentine stainless steel kitchen sink, granite countertops, and stainless-steel professional appliances! The kitchen table is made from an old reclaimed covered bridge with seating for 6.

The Master Bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed with a comfortable mattress, flatscreen TV, and a luxury master bath. The second guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, cozy bedding, and a flatscreen TV. Guest Bedroom #3 is downstairs furnished with a cactus wood queen size bed and nightstands, a comfy mattress, and luxury bedding. The 4th (Loft) bedroom downstairs features three custom twin size beds which are awesome for the kids. It also has two twin trundles for a little extra room.

There is also a community boat ramp and swimming area just a short drive or even walking distance where you can play, swim, lounge, and enjoy the beautiful, serene Table Rock Lake.  Baxter Boat dock is less than 10 minutes away and has boats and boat slips available to rent.  Once you're on the lake, there is so much to do including great fishing, boating, cliff Jumping, parasailing, diving, kayaking, canoeing, and tons of water sports! PLUS, you have access to all of the amenities at Chalets on Table Rock Lake Resort just across the lake (20 min drive!)

These rules are required, even if the booking platform allows you to select dates outside of them. Your reservation will not be accepted unless it follows the guidelines below. Please read carefully before booking.

Memorial Day Weekend – 3rd Week of August
• Stays must be 3, 4, or 7 nights
• Stays must start or end on a Friday (e.g., Fri–Mon, Mon–Fri, Fri–Fri)

SEPTEMBER & THANKSGIVING WEEK
• 7-night stays must still follow a Friday–Friday schedule
• Shorter stays (less than 7 nights) can start any day
• Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together
(No Saturday check-in or check-out)

OFF-PEAK SEASON (Mid-September – Mid-May)
• 2-night stays allowed on weeknights only (Monday–Thursday)
• January, February, and April: 2-night stays allowed any night
• Any other 2-night stay exceptions must be approved by Faria Resorts before booking

HOLIDAY RESTRICTIONS
No check-in or check-out on the following holidays:
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Eve
• Christmas Day
(Faria Resorts reserves the right to review and possibly modify or relocate to an identical unit for certain dates due to calendar availability or holidays.)

• We love to be flexible when we can - free early check-in is often available during the off-season.  Just send us a message to see if it's an option for your stay.
• No smoking, vaping or parties permitted at this property.  Guests shall not have parties or events at the homes which include but are not limited to bachelor and bachelorette parties, fraternity parties and weddings. 
• Any pets (non-shedding small dogs in off-season) must be approved by the owner prior to booking and will include a pet fee.  
• WiFi is not strong and is not good for games or streaming. Only for casual browsing and checking emails. Wifi service is not guaranteed.
