BOOKING RULES:
PEAK SEASON (Memorial Weekend until the 3rd week of August):
Reservations must be 3, 4, or 7 nights starting or ending on a Saturday.
SEPTEMBER and THANKSGIVING:
Week-long (7 night) stays must be Friday-Friday. Shorter stays can start any night, but Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together (no Saturday check-in or check-out).
OFF-PEAK 2 NIGHT STAYS:
Two night stays are allowed during Off Peak (mid Sept - mid May). Any exceptions must be approved directly with Faria Resorts before booking.
NO 1 NIGHT STAYS
NO CHECK-IN OR CHECK-OUT ON THANKSGIVING DAY, CHRISTMAS EVE OR CHRISTMAS DAY
(Faria Resorts reserves the right to review and possibly modify or relocate to an identical unit for certain dates due to calendar availability or holidays.)

We also have a private resort dock with Luxury Pontoon boat rentals, fishing poles, a swim deck and water bouncer. Boat slips (with power for you fishermen to plug in your batteries) are also available for our guests to rent.
Cottage 2
The base rate covers up to 8 guests, max number of guests is 12 (with extra guest fees during peak season - please see rental agreement for more details). This unit is best suited for 8 adults and 4 kids.
This 5 Bedroom/3 bath cottage is a cozy and comfortable lakefront retreat. Newly updated and located right on Table Rock Lake, you can’t beat this location or the value! Right between both pools, very near the playground and the water’s edge. You won’t run out of things to do at this cottage in the quiet Ozark Mountains on Table Rock Lake, but just a short drive away from a wide array of Branson entertainment.

Our cottages were the original units on the resort. They have been recently updated with new decking, new wood floors, and much more. Even with the updates, we still offer them at a “cost friendly” rate. You will have a great vacation and enjoy all the incredible amenities at a price well under that of our luxury units. This is a split-level home with steps at the entrance. Upstairs leads you to the dining room (seating for 6), living room, kitchen, and Queen Master bedroom. The full kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances and everything you could need for making a great meal. Outside the living room is a 12x24 deck with a 6 person patio dining set and a view of our cove. The Master bedroom has an attached bath with granite counter tops and a walk-in shower.
Downstairs are four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Three of the four downstairs bedrooms have queen size beds, and the fourth bedroom has a full over queen custom made log bunk bed. Two of the bedrooms downstairs have patio doors that walk out to an 8x16 patio with a view of the cove. The laundry room is located at the bottom of the stairs.
